Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Michigan sweepstakes guidance requires a real no-purchase method and no advantage for buyers, which this structure is intended to reflect.

1) SPONSOR

The GreenPharm All-Inclusive Vacation Getaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Full Life LLC, 812 E 9 Mile Rd, Hazel Park, MI 48030 (“Sponsor”).

This Sweepstakes is promoted in connection with participating GreenPharm retail locations in Michigan, excluding Ossineke and Allegan. Weedmaps is a promotional partner only and is not the sponsor, administrator, or prize provider of this Sweepstakes.

2) ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to:

• legal residents of the State of Michigan
• who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry

Employees, officers, directors, managers, members, agents, representatives, advertising agencies, affiliates, and immediate household family members of Sponsor, GreenPharm, and any promotional partners are not eligible to enter or win.

Proof of age, identity, residency, and eligibility may be required before a prize is awarded.

3) SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on April 1, 2026 at 9:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on April 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Sponsor’s computer, records, and timekeeping systems are the official timekeeping devices for this Sweepstakes.

4) HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) ways to enter:

A. Automatic Purchase Entry
During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible entrant will receive one (1) entry per day by making a qualifying purchase of $20 or more before tax in a single transaction at a participating GreenPharm Michigan retail location, including:

• in-store purchases
• GreenPharm online orders
• Weedmaps orders fulfilled by a participating GreenPharm location

Only one (1) automatic entry may be earned per person per day, regardless of the number of qualifying purchases made that day.

B. Mail-In Entry (Alternative Method of Entry / AMOE)
To enter without making a purchase, hand-print on a 3” x 5” card:

• full name
• date of birth
• complete residential address (no P.O. boxes)
• phone number
• email address
• and the statement: “I agree to the Official Rules of the GreenPharm All-Inclusive Vacation Getaway Sweepstakes.”

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 30, 2026 and received by May 7, 2026 to be eligible.

5) ENTRY LIMITS

Limit one (1) entry per person per day, regardless of entry method.

Maximum of thirty (30) total entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

For clarity:

• one qualifying purchase entry equals one entry
• one valid mail-in entry equals one entry
• a purchase does not increase the odds of winning compared with a valid mail-in entry

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, altered, mechanically reproduced, fraudulent, late, or otherwise non-compliant with these Official Rules may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6) PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive:

One (1) all-inclusive vacation package for two (2) to Cancun, Mexico

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): up to $3,000

The prize package is intended to include:

• round-trip coach airfare for winner and one (1) guest
• resort accommodations for four (4) nights / five (5) days
• round-trip airport-to-hotel ground transportation
• up to one (1) checked bag per traveler

Actual value may vary depending on airfare, travel dates, resort availability, booking timing, and market conditions. No cash will be awarded for any difference between the stated ARV and the actual booked value.

7) PRIZE CONDITIONS

The prize:

• will be booked and arranged by Sponsor after winner verification
• must be claimed and travel completed during calendar year 2026
• is subject to availability
• may be subject to holiday or blackout date restrictions
• requires the winner and guest to travel on the same itinerary
• requires the guest to be 21 years of age or older

The winner is solely responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly included in the prize description, including but not limited to:

• federal, state, or local taxes
• passport or travel document fees
• travel insurance
• meals or beverages not included by the resort
• incidental hotel charges
• optional excursions
• seat upgrades
• additional baggage fees beyond the included allowance
• gratuities
• spending money
• any other personal expenses

Prize is non-transferable, has no cash redemption value except where required by law, and may not be substituted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

No cannabis products, cannabis credits, or store credit are included in the prize.

8) WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about May 11, 2026 from among all eligible entries received.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9) WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CLAIM

The potential winner will be notified using the contact information associated with the winning entry, including by phone and/or email. Sponsor may make multiple attempts to contact the potential winner.

It is each entrant’s responsibility to provide and maintain accurate contact information.

The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt.

Before being confirmed as the winner, the potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return any or all of the following:

• affidavit of eligibility
• liability/publicity release, where lawful
• IRS Form W-9
• any additional travel or verification documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor

If a potential winner:

• cannot be contacted
• fails to respond in time
• fails to provide requested documentation
• is found ineligible
• or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules

that person may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

10) PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, voice, statements, and image for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.

11) RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, GreenPharm, promotional partners, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, members, managers, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• lost, late, incomplete, illegible, delayed, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or postage-due mail
• interrupted or unavailable communications
• technical, electronic, or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes
• inaccurate entry information
• any injury or damage resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize

12) DISQUALIFICATION / TAMPERING

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, submits fraudulent entries, or acts in a disruptive or unfair manner.

13) MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, administrative errors, force majeure, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

If the Sweepstakes is terminated early, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize from among all eligible entries received before termination, if feasible.

14) PRIVACY

Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor for administration of the Sweepstakes and prize fulfillment, and otherwise in accordance with Sponsor’s applicable privacy practices.

15) GOVERNING LAW / DISPUTES

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that:

• any disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action
• any such disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan
• entrants waive any claim to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, attorneys’ fees, or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, if any
